April

  • April 14-16: Opening Weekend & Wake the Bears!

    Spring is finally here! Join us for our opening weekend of the 2023 season! We will wake up Yogi Bear™ & Boo Boo™ after a long winter with our pots n pans parade, have our first flag raising ceremony of the year, and have some crafts, candy bar bingo, and more!

  • April 21-23 Getting Back to Nature, Honor our Earth

    Does anyone else have cabin fever after a long winter? Time to enjoy the outdoors this weekend while we honor our earth in recognition of Earth Day! We will have a nature craft, and a scavenger hunt too! Help us give back this weekend by donating to Care Camps by entering our raffle plus there will also be a chance to win a free night of camping!

  • April 28-30: Pet Lovers Weekend: Pets of all kinds, shapes & sizes are welcome!

    Pets are part of our family too and this weekend is all about them! Come prepared to show off your pets’ best trick at our Pet Show and join in our Pet Parade with Yogi Bear and friends! Plus, we will have our first tie dye of the season with a special pet bandana to tie dye! Bring a can of dog food or kitty litter to donate to our local Pike County Animal Shelter and learn more about how you can help adopt a pet or help other pets in need!

May

  • May 5-7: Cinco De Mayo Mexican Fiesta Celebration!

    Let’s get Loco by having a fiesta party all weekend! Make your own maracas and sombreros and come prepared to dance with Yogi Bear and friends all night at our Taco Bar Potluck! Bring your best taco recipe and trimmings for everyone to enjoy! We will also make some yummy sombrero cookies as a special treat!

  • May 12-14: Relax with Mom: Mother's Day Weekend Celebration

    Bring Mom camping for a relaxing weekend at the lake. Make a special gift just for her and enjoy some family fun activities. Moms will also receive a special gift from us!

  • May 19-21: Pirates & Mermaids Weekend: Ahoy Mate!

    It's time to sail the high seas with us this weekend. Calling all Scallywags and sea princesses to join us Seadogs for a jolly good time of panning for gold, tie dying, splash “ship” rides, searching for buried treasure and more!

  • May 26-29: Memorial Day Festivities: Summer Fun Begins!

    Are you ready for summer? Our water amenities, pool, lake and inflatable lake toy playground officially open this weekend for the season! Help us celebrate the start of summer with Yogi Bear™ & Boo Boo™ with crafts, tie dye, games, tournaments, bingo, hey rides and more! Plus, our traditional music and dancing with Yogi Bear and friends and our annual kids fishing derby

  • June 2-4: First Chocolate Lovers: Choc-Olympics! (1st of 2)

    Who does not like chocolate? Bring the family to participate in our Family Choc-Olympics! Plus, everyone’s chocolate favorites like a chocolate slip n slide, pie eating contest, and candy bar bingo. Don't bring your best bathing suit, we promise to be messy!

  • June 9-11: Boo Boo™ Birthday Bubble & Foam Party Celebration!

    Help Boo Boo™ celebrate his big day with a weekend filled with fun, games, and a birthday party! We will also have some of Boo Boo’s favorite activities like parachute games, Bubble Fun and our Bubble Machine! Plus our fourth tie dye of the season!

  • June 16-18: Dads are Out of this World: Father’s Day Space Weekend!

    Come enjoy a family fun getaway to celebrate Dad in an out of this world experience at Jellystone! We will be soaring to new heights and reaching new destinations with making your own rocket ship crafts, moonwalk relay, starlite hey ride, and more! Plus we will have our annual Father/Child Fishing Derby! Dads will also receive a special gift from us!

  • June 23-25: Annual Blast into the Past Retro 80's Weekend!

    Time to bring back the awesome 80’s! Play some gnarly games like Pac-Man tag, Yard Twister & tie dye! Gotta dress totally rad in your best 80’s outfit with the loudest makeup, funkiest outfit and biggest hair to join Yogi Bear and friends for a fun night of music and dancing!

  • June 30th -July 3: Happy Birthday America!: Annual 4 th of July Celebration!

    Join us in celebrating the birth of our nation this weekend that is filled with fun activities like crafts, tournaments, bingo, music, and more. You do not want to miss our annual red, white, and blue tie-dye and dance with Yogi Bear™ and friends! Plus our annual Fantastic Firework Display!

  • July 7-9: Yogi Bear™ Birthday Celebration! Louisiana Mardi Gras at Jellystone Park™!

    Happy Birthday Yogi Bear™ New Orleans style! We will celebrate by having all of Yogi Bear's favorite activities as we celebrate Mari Gras! We will have tie dye, candy bar bingo, a Mardi Gras birthday party with music and dancing and a special Louisiana treat, splash wagon rides, and much more birthday fun!

  • July 14-16: Second Chocolate Lovers: Choc-Olympics! (2nd of 2)

    We promise it will be just as messy as the first one. All the same chocolate, sticky goodness. Who does not like chocolate? Bring the family to participate in our Family Choc-Olympics! Plus, everyone’s chocolate favorites like a chocolate slip n slide, pie eating contest, and candy bar bingo. Do not bring your best bathing suit, we promise to be messy!

  • July 21-23: Annual Christmas in July Weekend

    Have a holly jolly weekend with us. Filled with yuletide games, tie dye, bingo and let’s see who will win our ugly christmas sweater contest! Bring your Christmas decorations for our site decorating contest for a chance to win a prize. Santa may even stop by to wave hello!

  • July 28-30: Annual Hawaiian Luau at Jellystone™!

    Aloha! Come get away to our campground for some fun in the sun Hawaiian style! Make your own Hawaiian craft, play family fun games, dress like a Tacky Tourist and more! Be sure to bring your hula skirts and best Hawaiian shirt along with your favorite Hawaiian dish to share at our Beach Hawaiian Luau Party!

August

  • August 4-6: Cindy Bear™ Birthday Celebration: 70’s Flower Power!

    Come help Yogi Bear™ and Boo Boo™ celebrate Cindy Bear™ with a flashback 70’s birthday! We will make a birthday craft to give to Cindy Bear™ at her party, some come dressed in your bell bottoms and boots, to dance to some 70s classics, plus birthday games, and a special treat! We will also have some of Cindy Bear’s favorite activities like “Tea Time”, parachute games, and our Bubble Machine!

  • August 11-13: Wet N’ Wild Water Wars Weekend at Jellystone Park™!

    Beat the summer heat with a fun with a watery twist this weekend! We will have games and activities all day like gem mining and Tie Dye, water wars, and splash wagon rides, beach games and more! We will even end the night with a family movie at the beach!

  • August 18-20: Light Up The Park With Glow, Glow, and More Glow

    Join us for our first ever light up the park glow event! We have a lot of fun things planned including flashlight glow lollipop hunt, glow wagon rides, make your very own glow sand, and to end the weekend with a dance glow party!

  • August 25-27: Annual Family Fun Casino Nights!

    Casino Night is back and ready to rock and roll!Join us in playing some family fun casino games as we compete family against family with chances to spin the wheel for prizes that include a gift certificate to our park! We will also have a special drawing for your chance to win a free camping trip for your family! All proceeds for the drawing will be donated to the Care Camps Foundation.

  • September 1-4: Labor Day End of Summer Extravaganza!

    It’s time to say goodbye to summer with Yogi Bear™ and friends with games, crafts, gem mining, tournaments, bingo for adults and kids, family wagon rides and our annual kids fishing derby! Plus, we will celebrate the end of summer with a night of music and dancing with Yogi Bear!

  • September 8-10: Honoring our Superheroes Weekend!

    Join us in honoring our true “super heroes” (police officers, first responders, military, etc) with crafts, learning about our nation's flag during our flag ceremony, and more. We will have special discounts in our store all weekend for any of our heroes camping with us! (ID required)

  • September 15-17: Wild & Wacky Western Chili Cookoff Weekend!

    Yeehaw everybody! Saddle up and join us for some wild and wacky western fun! We’re fixin’ to have some fun crafts, play a few games, go on wagon “Hey” rides, gem mining and more! Enter into our Chili cookoff for a chance to win a prize! All proceeds for the event will be donated to the CareCamps Foundation. Sure to be a rootin’ tootin’ good ol’ time!

  • September 22-24: Fall, Music, and Fun Festival

  • September 29-October 1: Halloween Haunted Nights I (1st of 2)

    Our annual Halloween Festivities are back! We start with planting the magic pumpkin seeds Friday Night, and Saturday we continue with magic pumpkin’ pickin’, a costume contest for everyone including adults and pets, decorating the Pine Lakes witch house, safe trick or treating, our haunted trail maze at night, and the traditional witch’s house bonfire!

  • October 6-8 Halloween Haunted Nights II: We do it again! (2nd of 2)

    Join us for a hauntingly good time of pumpkin picking, costume contests, site decorating contest, trick or treating, a haunted trail, and much, much more! (Last weekend for our Haunted Trail)

  • October 13-15: Yogi Bear & Boo Boo’s Family (Non-Scary) Halloween Fun! (1st of 3)

    Halloween isn't over yet! We may be done with our Haunted Nights but join us this weekend for some non-scare family fun! We will have pumpkin painting, costume contests, site decorating contests, trick or treating, wagon rides, and more!

  • October 20-22: Yogi Bear & Boo Boo’s Family (Non-Scary) Halloween Fun! (2nd of 3)

    Halloween isn't over yet! We may be done with our Haunted Nights but join us this weekend for some non-scare family fun! We will have pumpkin painting, costume contests, site decorating contests, trick or treating, wagon rides, and more!

  • October 27-29: Yogi Bear & Boo Boo’s Family (Non-Scary) Halloween Fun & Hibernation Weekend! (3rd of 3)

    Join us for our last weekend of the season with some non-scary Halloween family fun! We will have pumpkin painting, costume contests, site decorating contests, trick or treating, wagon rides, and more! Join us as we say goodnight to our Bears as they go into hibernation until Spring!

This is the first time I've ever been to this park and all I can say is AWESOME !!! They have a very cool water obstacle course in the lake, fishing, canoeing, cabins to rent, an in ground swimming pool, giant bouncy pillow and more. We'll most certainly go back. I give this place 5 out of 5 stars. It's definitely worth your while to go there.

We've been twice with a group of friends and even though our latest trip got rained out it's a great campground. All the facilities, even portable ones are clean, so much for the kids to do and lovely camp sites on the lake. I expect our family will make this an annual destination.
